My partner and I purchased several appliances, all new cabinets and quartz countertops from this home depot. Ian M. was extremely helpful and professional and took time to explain every detail of the products that we bought. We did not feel pressured into anything that we did not want, and would come back to this home depot for future renovation project. I have done construction for a long time and he knows what he is talking about. Thanks Ian!

Hey Home Depot, how about either staffing the register with competant people, or open another register! Especially since three of your life employees were standing around in the front with hands in thier pockets, shooting the breeze! If all else fails, at least hire a competant manager to oversee these clows!

Keep better track of customer items being delivered to your stores, or give customers a better way to do it. That Narvar tracking is horrible, delivery date changes every day with no reason, we bagan calling it NEVER tracking. When you call the store, they say call homedepot dotcom (that "manager" Shane at home depot in New Hartford, CT is helpless, he actually told me "there's nothing we can do" after you take my money, great "manager" you got there) then homedepot dotcom says

Went to the Home Depot tonight at 8pm to purchase a large quantity of molding. Of course the only register to check out molding is the contractor register. Tonight it was being run by a nerd in glasses in a red hoodie that had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He took 12 minutes to ring up the 1st person in line, then went onto 8 minutes and still going with the person in front of me. I finally became so frustrated I left without purchasing anything.

The guy doing paint had no idea what he was doing, took over 20 minutes to show up, and then even though I asked repeatedly for the cheapest option, he twice brought up more expensive options and I had to repeatedly tell him that I did not in fact want them. Terrible customer service. Only 3 stars because the other two employees I dealt with were friendly.
